Japas Macau,值得一試!

同朋友早幾日去左一間位於黑沙環八達商場入面開左兩個幾月ge新餐廳 Japas Macau,地點對唔熟八達商場ge人黎講係比較難揾d,總之就係係聖保祿中學個側門對面啦,我地每人叫左一個set dinner,有成7到8 個course,再自己叫左一杯drink,一共食左兩個幾鐘,埋單人頭450,個人覺得可以值得一試,如果暫時負擔唔到去車呔人三星餐廳比兩千蚊食個set dinner,le到就係平價首選啦,下面就睇下我食左d乜啦~~~

一坐底,枱上面有個special drink ge menu,我地都叫左杯coconut water,第一啖已經有驚喜,佢係好似水咁ge顏色,但係味道就完全冇溝水,超濃椰子味,好似飲緊椰青咁,必點!!!

仲有跟個椰子味雪芭,服務員話係可以加落杯椰子水到一齊飲,但係我就成舊食左落肚 XD

第一個前菜冇影到相,第二個就係一個日本海膽蒸蛋,無睇錯,係真係有一大啖海膽係上面的,食ge時間上面戈層係咸咸地,跟住食落底就食到滑滑ge蛋,講唔上係有幾好食,但係都算幾特別。

食完個蒸蛋,就輪到一個煙燻慢牛頰肉配五穀面包,服務員話千奇唔係將個包同個牛肉分開食,一定要一齊食,同埋食戈陣會以為個牛好肥,但其實都係d膠質黎ge,唔好睇佢細細個咁,個份量其實係岩岩好,再大個d就會覺得溜,必食推介!!!

下一碟係生蠔一隻,生蠔又係另一個賣點,生蠔大隻,味道新鮮,佢仲配左幾粒大魚子,食落多左層次感,佢應該仲有個汁加左落去,同個蠔好夾,但係係個咩汁就唔清楚啦,由於朋友唔多食生冷野,所以… 我食左兩隻,如果一個set有兩隻就啱哂我啦~~另一個必食推介!!!

食完個蠔,跟住碟都無得輸呀,底温慢煮三文魚加菠菜醬,舊三文魚睇落去好似成舊都係生ge,但係食落去就食得出唔係全生,好香好滑好好味,而且個菠菜醬,唔洗我講,睇圖都見到係幾咁濃啦。

跟住就到主菜啦—鰻魚鵝肝泡沬加海苔飯,雖然服務員話le個係main course,但係望落去細細件咁,好似個三文魚同牛頰包比較似main course 多d, 哈哈,le個菜對我黎講,還可以啦,因為本人對鵝肝比較一般般,如果你鍾意食鵝肝就一定啱你啦。

其實未食個main course已經有d飽嫁啦,但係點都要食埋個甜品的,左圖左手邊戈一舊蕃石榴雪芭,又係無得輸,超濃ge蕃石榴味,好似真係咬左啖蕃石榴咁,但係要注意,食左旁邊戈兩舊甜品先再食個蕃石榴雪芭,如果唔係d蕃石榴味會蓋左其他味嫁啦。

食完個甜品之後,我第一個感覺就係,要多半打生蠔呀唔該,真係好好味!!! XD

整體來說我自己對le間餐廳ge食物出品係十分滿意的,有好幾個菜都有驚喜,好好味,可能你會覺得人頭450蚊一個晚餐好似好貴,但係邊個叫你晚晚去食呢,久唔久要慶祝特訂別節日的話,le到真係一個唔錯ge選擇,如果餐廳知道你係慶祝生日的話,好似仲會幫你準備個蛋糕仔,但係節日要提早訂位,因為餐廳位置唔多,好易就滿嫁啦。但係餐廳可能要考慮加強對員工的訓練,有幾個好似都黑口黑面咁﹐好似我差佢錢咁……

另外要提一提ge就係,最近迷上左一個影相app,平時唔多自拍ge我,都忍唔住不停自拍。XD
